The technology to create internet linkages between different databases and products will provide the ability to create a virtual database of marine information and data held within the data centres around the world. Catalogue of marine data / information sources (CDS) describe what (subject), when (period), where (location) and who (data owner) hold and provide the information. Information Technology (IT) automated procedures, tools and WEB based applet (Java) allows to navigate the WEB side information. Data Assirailation System (DAS) based on client server scheme and manage information in RDBMS enviromnent on SQL server, provide the services to users through the internet network which will connect them to the appropriate database on the appropriate machine over the appropriate network as per the user's need and requirement.
