The structure of a specialized fragment of the RIHMI-WDC WEB page for oceanographic information resources is developed. Apart from information on Oceanographic Data Center this page informs about arrangements that being made in the International year of the ocean. Besides, the page is expected to develop through the inclusion of data on marine agencies of Russia, RVs, observation projects, etc.

To prepare and work on France NODC project "Elaboration of exchange and processing technology for the data on Mediterranean Sea using modem computer facilities" the page with infon-nation available at the WDC-B on oceanographic data over Mediterranean Sea has been organized with its regular subsequent updating at the cost of new materials delivered from the project executors. All the project participants constantly trace this page and correct their activity on data retrieval if required. In addition to information on the project, its participants and RVs' cruises over the Mediterranean Sea, the page gives the instructions for preparing information on RVs' cruises on computer media, as well as information on space-time distribution of oceanographic data (the number of cruises according to observation periods, agencies, countries, etc.). An access to the in dial data by FTP.

The pages are created in the format HTML 3.0 and contain the tables with quantitative characteristics of observations for counties, observation periods, diagrams of distributing the number of stations over the Mediterranean Sea. These pages can be (reviewed scanned) looked over through WEB-browser Microsoft internet Explorer, V.3.01. The document is published on the RIHMI-WDC Web site at http://www.meteo.rulnodclproject/project.htm.
